So how do you go about it? How do you aproach this matter so to speak.

I always find flipping a coin works because as soon as the coin is in the air you know which side you want it to land on and the result wont matter because then you will know works like a charm

Ok lets say you choose one, how do you invite her in front of her friend who also likes you? I invite normally but I always feel bad for the other girl. I have this issue when I am too good person and if girl likes me and I do not reciprocate I feel bad for her. Especially when I like her as well like in the described situation.

For me, I don't want relationships. If both are receptive to the approach, I'll game whichever shows the IOI first, if I'm attracted to her. What they decide is up to them. MY decision reflects my approach. I'll open a set not worrying about it, and build off what I'm reading.

I don't have a group of friends that are chicks that I go out with that haev 2 of them with both interested... But, I do know me - and I won't allow the women to make my decision for me. As for their own insecurities and jealousy, it's depending upon how vested you are in their friendship.

I'd just make MY desire known, and let the chips fall where they may. If maturity wins the day, there's no issue. If not - you talk about it up front and re-evaluate the situation.
