Some religious girls will not have sex before marriage, I know this from experience being that I am jewish. In the orthodox or above (religious views) premarital is bad. But we/they do everything else.

correct me if I am wrong (I have first hand experience with this, but I might be at least partly wrong).. the reformed ones are totally fine with premarital sex, but believe they should only enter monogamous relationships with other Jews. and this might be an issue if the OP likes the rabbi's daughter as more than a ONS. this is what I was warning him against. making sure early on of the girl's beliefs about this specific issue, or go through the lengthy (and potentially fruitless) process of changing her mind later on

Being originally from LA ive dated more then a few Jewish girls to go along with the shiskas. As other posters have pointed out, if she isn't especially religiously conservative, or is on a rebellious streak, she may be down for some non-kosher goyim schlong. In any case dont rationalize not trying, your job as a guy trying to get better with woman is to try harder, and error on the side of being overly aggressive. It seems like you already know this - stop rationalizing failure.

I have indeed tried, and been successful enough to make of the LA jewish girl my girlfriend. But one of the hurdles along the way was the religious divide (I am an atheist born catholic)

agree seagull, and that religious difference will really matter down the road as things get serious, it does become a bigger issue, just like culture, finances, and class.

I hope it will be easier since I do not really have any faith of my own to somehow uphold. only thing I am strongly against is circumcision (and I have expressed it).
of course, any advice on how to deal with the potential conflicts is welcome.. better be prepared for that day

I was mostly warning the OP of something that I wished somebody had warned me about beforehand... you can definitely get laid by a Jewish girl even if you're not Jewish.. nailing her down into exclusivity might be trickier (me and my girlfriend have been an amazing match since day-0.. and I still had to compete with a dumb AFC whose only advantage was being Jewish... grrrrrr)

No I share Seagull's religion = catholic atheist.
My only advice is that Jewish woman value intelligence a lot and are going to place heavier emphasis on monetary success then gentiles. So if you dont have a good job, making good money that's going to be a big problem down the road with the family. The finding yourself angle, or working with your hands isn't gonna go over well.

As for 'jewish girls' and long term values in terms of long-term relationships it DEPENDS on the girl. Most girls if obviously aiming to make you a PROVIDER/Husband will obviously look at finances and if you can even SUPPORT yourself let alone them. DUH.
