Wow, I havent visited this forum in a while good to be back. And seeing how his forum helped me to get this girl, I couldnt find a better place to help me decide if I should let her go. So, lets jump to the action
We have started dating more then two years ago and everything went smoothly. I loved her and she loved me. This year we were going to move in together. I am 26 and already finished univ. and working full time. She is 20 and just starting college this coming up September. She finally finished her highschool in january, and did fuck all till she found a job in a bar about a month ago, somewhere she can make a quick buck before school. Now that I think about it, that was a first wrong move right there.
Here's how it all went down:
Last wednesday we hang out, I dropped her off at home at 12:30am, went home. I message her that I got home at 1am, she replied shes already sleeping. Next day thrusday, we meet up again, she tells me she has to be home before 10pm, her mother asked for some help. No problem.. when we were together, at 8pm she gets a call on her cell phone "Yeah? hi? I'm alright? Drinking wine...? Yes I'm ok? Have fun" You know, that kind of tone that every sentence is a question for some reason, lol. After two years, I obviously know all her moves in detail. So when she hang up, she intentionally was hiding her phone screen so I dont see thee caller's name. She puts her phone in her purse, and as soon as she does, she gets a msg. I asked her who it was, she said it was her boss, asking why she wasnt at work (even tho it wasnt her shift) I asked her to show me her phone (not an unusual request between us) She goes in a fit, saying no. So I drop her off at home at 9:30. At 2 am I get a call from her mother wondering where she was. After a brief conversation with her, I find out that the night before (when I dropped her off at 12:30) she came home at 5am. Call her, no pickup. Call hre best friend that works at the same bar, tell her the story, she says she will try to contact my gf. Calls me 30 minutes later, tells me she's with some guy, but I should try to talk to her the next day, she will explain everything.
Next morning (friday) I go to my gf's place before work, get her out of bed, offer her a chance to explain everything, she doesnt say a thing, so I leave and say we are through. When I get to work, she contacts me on facebook, saying there was nothing goin on between them, they were just hanging out in her bar, that her friend lied to me saying they were somewhere else. I feel cheated anyway and keep no contact till monday (yesterday). She called me and said she wanted to meet. When we met, she started apologizing for lying, swearing nothing physical happened between them, that she wasnt interested in him, that he has a gf, and so on. I asked her to show me her phone, and after long consideration she gave it to me. Basically, their conversation started on thursday(nothing before that), with her saying "she cleared up all her plans to meet with him". Further on, talk about nothing, soccer, the fact that he didnt see his gf in a while. calling each other sweety, honey, baby. "miss you soooo much" and so on. She explains that she calls everyone sweety, and honey in a bar, to get more tips. (nothing in this conversation indicated any physical contact outside the bar). Again, saying that she loves me and wants to be with me. that she is not attracted to him, and nothing ever happened. I left, she kept msging me whole evening with "i love you"s, that she will wait for my decision.
Sorry for the long read, but I had to say everything. So here's my question. Obviously I will not forget that this ever happened if I stay with her. I still feel cheated and betrayed. Am I overreacting? was that an innocent flirt? Should I forgive?
Please, help me make the right decision, the way you guys helped me get this girl in a first place.
