Merely offering an alternative opinion for the TS dude. You have your way which works for you, I have my way which works for me. Hence why I said "
In my opinion it's mental masturbation". I'm not critising anyone, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I can only give opinion's based on my own experiences, if something has worked for me I'll always offer that as an option to people who are struggling in that area. There's no reason to bicker about such things when it would seem we are both having success regardless of what 'method' we are using.
