Sorry, I know I get long winded, but my point overall was, don't apologize...the point of my story was I was apologizing like crazy, and my girl was like, "Stop apologizing" i.e. there was no need for it, you didn't do anything wrong. Now if she saw the stuff about her Fugly friend....

If she didn't invite you, I wouldn't show up. It's no big deal to just contact her again though and get her to go somewhere with you again. It's also good to see that she is still communicating with you, meaning the incident with your "friend" didn't ruin anything.

From this moment on, don't even aknowledge the guy anymore. Try to think positively in every situation. He gave you a challenge because he thought he got the upper hand on you and wanted to make you fuck up. Accept the challenge and show him who's the boss. You already know you can do this and that you have the right tools to do it so take action and forget about this guy. A little inner game tip..remove also words as "failure" "rejection" "anxiety" from your vocabulary. You will be impressed by how much it will affect the way you see these actions/words

Instead of failure say learning lesson...rejection say she denied me...anxiety?? Say excitement.. you got approach excitement..you will suddenly see that the actions that you associate these bad words with are just detrimental to your inner game. Hope I helped and good luck!

Nice psychological tip valentine, I appreciate the advice everyone, seriously I was more upset at this guy than the girl, I know I will be fine with her, but this was a good mate of mine, like one of the first friends I made in Uni so I was shocked as fuck when he did this.

Anyways like a PUA should have, I got another date in a couple hours, gonna just let shit happen. Nice German Swiss girl I met yesterday, couldn't insta-date cause it was 10ish so taking her out now.
