ok everything ive found in amsterdam is shite, but i think itd be best if i take her out for dinner or the zoo or something. then i wont have to buy a present and we can do something we both enjoy. and as ive said before i know nothing about sizes. when we have sex shes in the dark i know nothing about what sort of underwear she likes

That kind of misses the point of a gift. A gift is a sign you've been thinking about her, you can get her anything at all. As long as it's from there. A little souvenir should do.
If all else fails, a small clog will do haha, jk, don't get the clog.

I think it will do, it's the thought that counts. You could even get a bottle of something and you can use the shot glass together.

Dude you dont know one hobby of this girl, if you both like pets, get her like a little teddy bear holding a shot glass (buy separately make it hold the shot glass) or holding a bottle of french wine. That is cute and funny... seriously a bear with a drinking problem... who doesnt laugh at that.

In all seriousness, find her something she would like. I said bear because you said you both would lik going to the zoo Ergo get a stuffed animal.

Find something that she will think... wow he listens to what I say when we talk, he knows my interests, and went out of his way to get me something.

Last month I got someone a book of photography shots, she didnt even know I knew she wanted that, but I remember her saying it once and how much she loves that stuff. It was brilliant (she was a good friend of mine as well) point is listen to the small things that she says and work on that.

i dont know what she thinks of animals but, its a good idea. ive bought a shot glass and not sure if i should buy some. chocolates some alcohol or your idea a bear

Why not all three, and then say, dont tell the bear, but I think he has a food problem, he thinks hes fat. Just make light of the situation and make it fun.
