I've been seeing this girl for the past month and a half. Things are pretty good between me and her. I've met her parents. She's a pretty good girl. When we're together we laugh, make out sesh galore, sex, and it's pretty awesome. But I think I messed up real bad. We were cuddling on my bed talking and stuff. Then I figured it would be a good idea to say "Hey, you should be my girlfriend." Bad idea. This is basically how it went.

Me: Hey, you should be my girlfriend
HB8: Uhm... Can I think about it?
Me: Think about it?
HB8: Uh, yeah. Actually, just kidding!
Me: *Confused face*

I'm kicking myself for not asking what she meant by just kidding. But after that we made out and cuddled for a bit longer. She wouldn't have sex but she stayed late as she could and even said "I don't want to leave." But she had to get home for work in the morning. So here I am confused. Thinking I killed my chances with this girl. What would you guys do?

it does feel as if she somewhat already thought of you being her boyfriend and vice versa ..learn to shut up and enjoy the silence..just go with the flow and leave some things unsaid otherwise you run danger of degrading the special thing you got going on together to the level of political negotiations.

Get her something special, like a small trinket that you know she will like and remind her of you. Something that you spoke about before, like her favorite animal is ... so you get her a stuffed animal.

She was busy, maybe she has her period and didnt want to have sex? There are many reasons, but dont worry. She still stayed over all night. She might have thought you both were bf gf already, but just kind of play with it now. Say, "You know if I was someones boyfriend, I would have to be really sweet and all to them" then do something "evil cute" you know what I mean? Then just hook up right after. Its playful love.

Seriously you are fine, but definitely do something special on valentines day. Don't forget. Take her out to dinner, then find something to do in your town thats interesting. If she is scared of heights, possibly do something revolving around that so you can conquer her fears together. Make it fun and something she wont forget.

Valentines day is the key, I wouldn't mention the boyfriend thing actually on your valentines day out but if you make it special enough and you have a great night she'll be desperate for you to bring it up again.

Best you can do is move forward and not bring it up again (she knows how you feel, let her be the one to ask you to be hers, if that's what she wants).

Stop trying to spell everything out for a girl, it kills the romance, the fantasy of it all. Women, most anyway, want to feel that things were just 'meant to be'; think in all those stupid sappy love movies, and romance novels chicks read; how often is it that the guy spells it out for her? It should appear to unfold organically, none of this "will you be my girl?" BS. Enjoy her, bend her over and fuck her hard, jizz in her face, go take her to a movie, once in a while to a restaurant, or even a picnic whatever... just give her a glimpse at how often life would be with you so she can't resist saying anything but "YES, YES, YES!!!"
