No, she is in grade 10 and you should be 2nd year college. That's not ok, even if formula says it is. That's very creepy in my opinion.

shes actually finishing her a levels and will be in uni next year

If you all look to see where he lives. You'd find out he's NOT IN THE UNITED STATES. I'm going to assume he lives in South Africa where the AOC is 16. So yes it's perfectly fine. If you are to lazy to read the persons location UNDER HIS NAME then you should stop posting ignorant comments.

Not the best of ideas...but thats just my opinion..ive seen couple with bigger age gaps, but they were both older. i dont know, its just all up to you and her, but to me, not so much of a good idea.

It depends. Is she mature enough (for you)? If yes, then go for it. Provided, that all legal stuff is OK (age of consent etc.)

I know a couple, who started to date when he was cca 23, she 16. 25 years later, they are still together - married with 2 grown up kids.

Depend on the state, but mostly the older one has to be within 4 years of age if the age of consent for the state is under 18 years old.

It's still 16 there as well so legally you're good to go.

It's still 16 there as well so legally you're good to go.
My bad for not knowing the legal rules in UK I naively figured same as the states, figured it was a general thing like if you are 2 years older its fine. Well yea I think the fact you are asking is your guilty conscious knowing there is something wrong otherwise you wouldnt need consolation, but hey pussy is pussy right???
