I have a few books and videos and they are all pretty bad.

Try youtube, it may not be much better but its free.

The definitive book of body language by Allan and Barbara Pease

He has a video on youtube as well that discusses a brevity of each topic in his book... book is great in my opinion, also fairly cheap and a good read. There are pictures to show you what to do, and helps you in every day life as well. Especially business related!

Books will not get you better body language, or teach you anything about the body language of others for that matter.

You can do any or both of these things:
1. Take dance lessons
2. Take drama lessons

You will get better posture, a greater animation range and an ability to read others better.
