I am in. Been trying to conquer this habit for good. I did pretty good once - 28 days.

If anybody's interested, Google "Your Brain on Porn" and take a read through the website with the same name. It discusses the affects of how porn overstimulates the release of dopamine (chemical associated with the highs of addictions such as gambling). Eventually the dopamine receptors become desensitized and one needs more extreme porn to get excited.

Why does this matter?

Well if you watch a tonne of porn and you finally get with a real woman, your brain can't respond to her. She could have a great body, pretty face, and great tits, but you've rewired your brain to respond to something else sexually. The result? You're swinging a noodle instead of a bat.

I recommend not viewing porn and working on our PUA skills.

I tried it out before I noticed this challenge. I held out for 3 days. Noticed my self confidence got better.

Then I gave in and was left with the worst feeling ever.
