If a girl is shy around you (to the point of blushing and looking down and giggling) and really social with everyone else might that be considered an IOI?

Giggling, blushing and looking down(or making eye contact and quickly not being able to look at you) are all IOI's. Being social and not being able to talk to you is an IOI (she is having girl AA when trying to talk to you). In this situation yes. I am surprised you had to ask this.

Thanks! I know - I am an IOI moron. But the woman who is doing this around me doesn't strike me as someone who would normally be attracted to me. I figured it has to mean something.

That's a hell of an IOI brother!

You practically had her in your pocket! I forget who's line this is, but I'm not taking credit for it. When she's looking nervous like that, say "Hey, do me a favor... smile. It looks good on you." Once again, not my line and I wish I could remember who's it was so I could give credit.

I believe it is Jay Wow I am not 100% sure either but I am pretty confident in saying such.
