I'll get into a conversation with an HB that I randomly meet (daygame), and I'll ask what she does, she'll tell me where she works, blah blah blah, and then she'll say "you should come by sometime". This happens to me alot* specifically with HBs who work in the service industry (ie: waitresses, bar tenders, baristas, etc...).

Is this secret women code for something? is there one direct way to interpret this?

First is a good sign. She is telling you to drop by to a place she work which means a place she hangs out every day. If she didn’t had any interested or less she would tell another place, that she doesnt go often.

Second she feels protected there, is a public place with lots of people, and probably has persons watching her over.

Or

You look like a guy who gives good tips.

This really depends on what you do before she says that, if you walk up to her and she says this right away its a bad thing; if you number close here then it might be better - the things with service industry is they work for tips, and get hit on every hour, try telling em you should meet at a park or someplace public (like snake said) to test whether she wants a public place with people watching her or her work for a big tip because your a horny man

I'll twist it into something playful/funny like: "Why do you want me to drop by? So you can show my hot ass off like it's a trophy? I charge $75.99 per visit, and I'm booked solid this month. But since you're a cutie maybe we can work something out..."

or

"Why do you want me to drop by? So you can show my hot ass off like it's a trophy? I'm not just a sausage with two feet..."

Don't do the second one... the first one might be decent if you shorten it a bit (jokes shouldn't take 5 lines, 3 max, and never end with ... because you will stall there and go "wait i never actually thought i'd get his far" - think it through)
Also listen to all the forum members advice, selective hearing will drown out possibilities because you wanted it to be like the movies
