Scarcity mindset returning after not going out for a while.

has anyone else had problems with this?

I used to open 9's and 10's supppppperr smooth like it was nothing, but now whenever im gonna approach its like scarcity mindset comes back hard & I get all weird and uncalibrated.

but its extra weird considering my "mid game" or w.e. you wanna call it is stronger than ever.. I can hold a conversation forever.. lead.. get physical (i know cuz i run game on girls i already know still) its like my actual confidence and self esteem went up alot while i was away from game, but my mindset strayed from where it should be.

I'm kinda like stranded at this lame ass place right now that doesn't give me alot of opportunity to get it back, but soon as I go somewhere with more traffic im gonna have to plow through this till I'm back to my old self..

your problem is not your 'mind getting back to old beliefs' its natural. Our mind is a complicated that we can never understand completely. But why can try to di in, ask yourself honestly, "why i am starting to think like that?" "did anything happen that might be causing this kind of thinking?" be you be lost a loved one, but on a conscious level you are not aware of it. Try to get the root (that is in your unconsicous mind) in the consicous mind so that you can understand the true cause and deal with it in the best way possible.
One more thing sometimes our mind goes back to old feelings, according to science, "we never forget anything" yeah, whatever we learn, and experience we never forget that, it just vanishes in our unconscious mind but we dont forget that ever. And all the time we are forming anchors to certain situations, sometimes it could be a physical movement, or the way you laugh or even the way you sit. So what happens whenever an old trigger is pulled, we start to feel those old feelings and we dont even know why. Because its not in our conscious mind, its being caused by unconsicous. May be you are in the same environment where you were when you were an afc? May be you met some of old friends? May be an old gf texted you?
Get the root and get rid of it by consciously taking healthy steps.
And if you cant find the root, then ignore all the noise that is in your head and throw yourself in the field a bit more. There is something called 'rule of emotions' and it states,"the emotions we focus on more, gets stronger and the emotion we do not pay attention to gets weak and ultimately rooted out as stroger emotions always take over the weak ones"
so focusing on positivety and ignoring the negative thoughts can also help a lot.

example ... if you are 21 years old

you got into pickup from your 18th to your 21th year...

those first 18 years totally override your belief system... to change those old beliefs you have to :

1. condition yourself daily to prevent you reverting to old habits
2. or live for 18 year a different lifestyle that will override your old conditioning and programming.. but at this point you would be like 36 years old...

OR

you need have have alot of emotions .. guys who get very frustrated or angry seem to change in a instant. ( emotional override of old beliefs)

and yes it frustrated me as well because it causes me to be inconsistent...one day you think, feel and behave like you want to and 3 weeks later you are totally inside your head shooting yourself in the foot...

Avoid all days you feel like total shit...don't even think about woman and that stuff... try to go out when you feel good only so you get better feeback to break old habits... im not talking about AA .. i mean when you are have days when your self image become tainted - avoid those days
