Okay, this is something new i read about and putting into action this week.
Others might benefit or show me that it doesn't work and save us all wasting our time.
I was reading up on how to boost self esteem and the one thing that hit me was "too much focus on the self", this was like a revelation to me! I'd always be analysing day in, day out, 24hours a day. Im an analyser, thinking too much kinda guy.
So starting next week (well already now but for tracking progress sake ill start that Monday). Im going to focus on not thinking about myself and my interactions with people. When im aware that i am thinking about myself or my social skills, life, I will cut the thought out and think of something else.
Then note it down in a pad with DATE, TIME, QUICK DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENED.
If anyone is like me i also right up an evaluation each week of my daily goings on and if im reach my long term goals and if i did my short term goals. There ill post up my results on here.
Maybe Im a singularity here and people dont NEARLY think as much as me ( I wouldnt be suprised). Anyway who's up for it? Boost self-esteem and im sure there'll be some funny results
peace and love guys x
