Honestly I think Kino really doesnt have to be too flashy like a thumb war or such, I usally kino whenever she makes a point I like Or we both agree on something by touching her forearm, back or leg. Its usually just a light touch and if shes responsive to you at all she'll return kino. I just escalate from there.
PS. I feel the High Fives are really played out and whenever I see a dude do one with girl I think hes trying way too hard to touch her....Just my opinion though

Start with touching people on the arm or shoulder when you make a point or a joke. You can start by touching the arms, then her side, then back, then legs, then head, etc. Just keep escalating. I wasn't comfortable with kino either, but you just have to say "fuck it" and take chances to get better. Soon you'll realize it's easy, but you have to take chances.
