Now I've finished, I feel I could give a lot more effort into improving.
Won't be able to go out as much I would like because I'll be working most weekends, but I'll be working in a hotel, which should give me targets. I don't really mind about looks here because I want to improve my overall shyness.
My problem is that I get all nervous and, like a scene in Family Guy, I can't control the volume of my voice. Which is really embarrassing when it's too high and you make people jump. I also tend to run out of things to say really easy, and this leads to awkward silences. Any tips on improving these?
One last question is: Where can I get good material for free? I know it's impossible to get great material for free because people need to make a living off this stuff, but I'm totally skint SPAM. I've seen the seminars that are in London and I'm absolutely gutted that I can't afford to go. If anyone knows of things that are relatively cheap I'd also appreciate these to be mentioned as well.
Thank You
