I'm walking buy restaurant and as I look into the window I see a waitress stand right by it. I knock on the window, take out my phone; point to it, while making a call me gesture with my hand. She types her number in her phone then puts it to the window. Done..

I followed the 3 foot rule for a couple weeks. Anytime anyone is within 3 feet of you you have to start a conversation. Extra points for not making an ass of yourself lol! AA destroyed completely.

Haha, i'll definitely have to give that rule a shot, because approach anxiety is the primary antagonist when it comes to my success with women.

I can get a number in 10 secs with pretty good consistency.

1) Come up and say you're trying to find your phone, can they please help you out and ring it.

about half the time they will just take out their phone and call your phone if you look serious enough

Use some excuse or trick to get a number is dishonest and unless you make a funny joke out of it later, and then build rapport with her, she'll obviously flake.

If you n-close too quickly, for the most part, again no rapport, flake time.

My fastest closes happen when I run into a shop where a hottie is working and go direct, and straight for the close, because she's fucking working and busy and she'll get in trouble. So I just go straight for it (whole interaction is a couple of minutes, max). However, in general, a close that isn't at least 5 minutes will probably flake on you because she simply doesn't know who you are enough, and you know nothing about her either.

Furthermore, numbers mean SHIT anyway. If you make the focus of your interaction finding out about her, and you actually set up the day 2 right there before getting the number, you'll reduce your flake rate MASSIVELY.
