my goal is to write a journal entry every day or two. Also at the end of the week on Sundays imma go through my goal checklist.

Whether you agree or not I smoke pot everyday. I want to cut down my pot consumption to only 4 days a week. Anything less then that is all gravy. I'm not a PUA yet (and still have some road in front of me) and I've never smoked but that sounds a good decision to me. I've been struggling a lot with inner game and I think smoking pot everyday (or even 4 days a week) is not a good thing when it comes to your confidence, especially if you are addicted to it or if it makes you lazy.

In my sense, the sexual tension is a good thing. Of course, it depends on people. In my case, masturbation kills my inner game and makes me lazy. I need almost 5 day to recover from it. Four times would be wayyyyy too much for me (I used to do it even more before though). Try to do a week without porn and masturbation!
