Got inspired by AFC Daniels journal, just recently read it today and decided to start my own.
DAY 0: How it all started.
Want to become a better person. I have big goals in my life and want to be a sucess. Want to become a healthier person as I do have a few health problems I want to nip in the butt. I will keep these beetween me and my doctor and do what he tells me to. Besides from that I will try not to think of them, and be positive and heal myself with my mind. I also want to better myself with woman, and become a pua.

Meet TooSick24
My name is Trevor and i'm currently bak in southern California for school. I'm 23 years old.

Preparing for the Game...
I want to be a better conversationlist, I want to be interesting and funny, and never have a lack of things to say.
I want to have social proof in the room, and be that guy woman and men wanna be around.
Get my inner game strong for I can be confident at all times. My confidence flucates due to how I am feeling with my health. Sometimes I feel like the man and can do anything and then i get into this down spells for a couple weeks where my health makes me wanna stay in. I wanna bust through this and be a confident, positive thinking person all of the time.

How I am going to complete my goals-
There are somethings holding me back from my goals. I'm going to make a list of things I need to cutback and stick with it to help my achieve my goals into great health and pua.

my goal is to write a journal entry every day or two. Also at the end of the week on Sundays imma go through my goal checklist.

Weekly goals, every week-
Whether you agree or not I smoke pot everyday. I want to cut down my pot consumption to only 4 days a week. Anything less then that is all gravy. (This will make me more dedicated to pickup, won't be lazy and will want to learn more and go out more. Also have tendacy to eat unhealthy foods while smoking, this has to change.) I believe pot is ok but I have been abusing it to much. Everything in moderation.

Workout/gym 4 days a week- anything more is gravy. (once again will help with health, looks, and confidence. Absolutely neccesary for me to get into this routine)

Masturbation- Maximum 4 times a week. ( I remember me and friend went 10 days without masturbation and it really does increase your sex drive. Nickels were looking like dimes haha. Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad, but believe it will help out my game and make me more motivated.

Diet- I will rate my diet on a scale of 1-10 each week. I want to limit going out and eating. I want to have a solid diet, where I eat healthy, foods and eat in moderation. Nothing wrong with a cheat meal or two but once again I have to practice moderation.

Visulization- 5/7 days a week I want to practice visualizing my sucess with my health and pua journey. 15-30 minutes day with 5 days a week minimum.
I will post anything I do that do to help in my journey whether it's going out sarging or reading a book, or learning about a new technique. Anything that will help better myself.

I will post small goals I have for the day.

Things I am considering doing--- EFT, YOGA, BIOFEEDBACK
If anyone has any feedback on these or anything I have posted please let me know. I am open to all feedback and willing to learn.
May this be a sucess and the start of something great
-Trevor-
Also I will post a goal of the day thing.

Welcome Hardhitter. Journaling will definitely help you achieve your goals if you're dedicated to it!

Kasabi and Hobbit gave me really good advice concerning the goals and the steps in my journey. You should take a look at it! 11-vt81510.html?start=156

I'm not a PUA yet (and still have some road in front of me) and I've never smoked but that sounds a good decision to me. I've been struggling a lot with inner game and I think smoking pot everyday (or even 4 days a week) is not a good thing when it comes to your confidence, especially if you are addicted to it or if it makes you lazy.

Definitely good for confidence and health!

In my sense, the sexual tension is a good thing. Of course, it depends on people. In my case, masturbation kills my inner game and makes me lazy. I need almost 5 day to recover from it. Four times would be wayyyyy too much for me (I used to do it even more before though). Try to do a week without porn and masturbation!

Good luck Trevor.

have to agree though everyone defends to the death that weed is not addicting, that doesn't mean that the user doesn't love having that feeling ALL the time. Though their body does not crave it or suffer from nicotine withdrawal. How many people have you heard say "OMG i need to smoke now i can't function" so on and so forth?

don't take this as a bashing to weed per se, I don't feel there is anything really wrong with it. i used to smoke when i was a teenager HATED drinking with a passion. Till i was almost 21 I found out the art of mixing drinks and left behind smoking ever since. But i would say if you are OVER doing it just like anything in life you should attempt to cut back.

the trick is to do little by little, though some people may swear by drastic measures i feel if you slowly cut back. maybe on week you smoke once less and just keep building till you are comfortable and find a good balance.

Junk food is the same, once i started working out and noticed how long it takes to burn calories (i am going mainly for cardio/weight loss) I told myself that piece of cake is NOT worth an extra 10 mins on the tread mill. Replace cake with just about anything unhealthy but you get the idea.

Good luck on your journey

Thanks for the good words. I do agree, I need to cut back. I smoke a lot, way to much. Earliar today I was thinking why do I do this and such. I am a way more happy and aminated person when I am not high. I defintley crave/feel like i need it, but I am going to cut down and try to nab the habit in the butt where it's jsut recreational not having to be high all the time.

Today got my chores done, Listend to a bit of cory skyy affirmations, and my 30 minutes of the carlos xuma. I'm liking the Xuma so far will update later of what I learned. Gonna do my visualaztions and then call it a day.

Diet today was way healtheir and cleaner, I give it a 6.6/10

Goals for tommorow, go to gym, visualize, eat healthy, Listen to some xuma, and maybe a half hour of some other pua related material.

2/3- I gave my diet today a 2/10. Not happy. Was not as productive as I wanted to be. This is why I am doing this diet cuz I need to get a clean diet and cut down on smoking. When i make good choices I am a much more confident person and need to get back into a productive lifestyle. I'm not going to quit.

diet tommorow will be better. I did happen to workout for a good half an hour. Also listend to cory skyy affirmations. Tommorow gotta get my diet tight, hopefully workout. Visualize. Those are my goals for tommorow. Keep it simple for now.
