So one of my female friend tagged me in a photo of my name etched in sand on the beach with her pretending to write it. She found my name already etched there and thought it would be funny if she took a pic next to it. We are just friends but from looking at the photo, it really seems as though she could be my gf etching my name on sand.

So after getting tagged in that photo, I notice this other girl I'm really into stopped texting me. It could be something else, but I don't think I've said or did anything to cause her to stop the texts.. Yesterday, I said hi and she replied hey.. and i followed up with a usual cocky funny text.. "Id ask about the shrine you're building but its probably complete... soooo how are you?" and she hasn't replied for a day. (I sent her a text accusing her of building a shrine of me a few weeks ago and she lol'd so I just thought I'd build off of that) Could it be because of the photo? What should I do now if she doesn't reply to my text? We've always been texting back and forth even to my conceited cocky texts...

Seriously?

She must be one moody bitch if she cuts contact because of . . . sand??

Whatever you do, don't ask her if she's ignoring you because of the photo.




Look, every girl that you will meet will have her days. One day she'll be all over you - and the next she won't say a word to you. Don't take it personally.

Either she's having one of those days, or you just haven't progressed things and she's getting bored.

Whatever the reason is, I highly doubt it's because of some stupid ass sand that has your name on it.

Don't confront her about it, that's all. Act like normal for now, it's too early to care for what reason she hasn't talked to you as she used to.

If I act "normal" I'd keep busting her balls through text like before but since she hasn't replied to my last text, I'm not sure if should keep doing what I did. I'm not always expecting her to reply within a day, but this is the first time she's ever not replied and when she doesn't reply for more than half a day she'll usually say sorry and tell me why she hasn't responded. How should I calibrate the situation? Should I send her another text?

I don't suggest that you keep texting her, without her answering. That would be a creep-alert.

But hold on for a few days or so. No communication for a while. If she still doesn't contact you within a week or two, just send a quick "Hey, how have you been? Long time no see!"

If she STILL doesn't wanna talk to you, clearly something is wrong. And depending on how close you guys are, you may wanna talk to her in person. See her and ask her if everything's okay.

I also dun think u shud send her a text later its gonna give the same results , instead if u know where she hangs out jus bump into her get a friend along, stay unaffected DO NOT mention abt her not txting. jus get the small talk goin n leave . ta shud stir up the attraction again! hopefully she shud u text u ! if she still doesnt u can sayin i was in a bit of rush do u wanna hangout?

So I asked one of my female friend what she thought of the pics and she said it does seem kinda weird that my friend would tag me in that etched name sand pic when we're not dating.. and there are a few other pics where we're posing really close together in clubs with arms around each other's backs and it really makes it seem like we're a couple. I wish I hadn't have allowed tagged photos public when gaming!

You definitely ran into the jealous kind of girl. I mean come on . . . sand? But it's understandable that she gets a little jealous over the whole "holding each other in clubs" scenarios. Maybe she's afraid that if she gets too involved, she'll end up getting hurt.
