The best way really do deal with this is learn to calm down and not get worked up, even then you are never going to remove this problem from you as it is part of who you are this is not to say you can't get a grip on it. Well its a part of me yea, but Im pretty sure I can still change it with the right resources. but hey, thanks for the tips Im gonna try that.

As I mention you can certainly work on it and improve it, but you are never going to remove it from you completely. You may think so, but I am just telling you the reality of it. Saying that besides what I mention, you should also seek out things that relax you no matter what they are. If that means you jumping out of a plan and falling out of the sky so be it (with a parachute I hope), if it relaxes you then all the better. Just because something may not seem relaxing does not mean it isn't relaxing.
