Now Chief, to me it seemed obvious that he was going direct as fuck, which is why I felt I could categorize it that way. But I can't judge that according to the quick read-through with his material. It was just a strong assumption.

As for this whole shooting-in-the-face incident, all I can say is that I'm PISSED OFF that GW would stain the community with such a terrible scandal. Fuck him.
Exactly my point.

I was not suggesting that PUA causes mental illness -- rather, I was suggesting that those with mental disorders are more likely to need PUA. There is a sampling error for the pool from which PUA Gurus come from.
I wouldn't say those with mental illnesses are more likely, I'd say that social rejects and people with low self esteem would be inclined to try PUA. I agree with xfman that it probably stems from a lack of love, and no real social connections.
Wouldn't you say that the 'mPUAs' have reached the top due to a different sort of mental illness than the one you imply, not an insecure type of disorder, but just an illness that makes them extremely eccentric, that helps with PUA but harms them in the long term.
I reckon its only a matter of time before mystery goes completely nuts.
Both points here bring up something important. . . Since this all depends on which kind of mental illness we're talking about and whether or not it is socially observable, it is hard to put in place. If the mental illness causes you to get socially rejected then yes, you will be in great need of PU. Now which was the case with GW is hard to tell. After all, it would be wrong to completely judge him for what happened without knowing all the facts.

Mystery has lost it more than once.
