Everyone wants what they can't get and wealth is discribed as having (maybe just a little bit) more than everyone else. So in this case, maybe having huge dreads would seal the deal, so everyone would stop washing their hair. You do the math. Eventhough it's more likely for a retard to score paris hilton, it just needs some common sense to answer this question.

Optimistic?

Even thought that couldn't ever happen because then those seductive skills won't be skills since they would be normal or innate. Anyway in the case every men had solid inner game and seduction skills, then other things skills would count even more:

*Being funny
*Leadership
*Looks
*Money
*Etc...

Now for something that could happen...

How would "Pick Up" be if women became totally independent and equal to man, to the point men isn't the provider anymore... now the fundamentals would change, even our definition of a HB could change, we could count more aspects about women that right now we don't see, such as aspirations; since they would be half the provider now intelligence and leadership would be important.

Think about it... Women and Men totally equal? Ain't that far... and you can see how this is affecting men as society change to a more "image based, society" now we tend to care more and more about our looks. (metrosexuals, etc...)
