You will never find a girl that likes you equally much every day. Even though some of them might say so - it's not true.
I believe Francis Adams referred to this behavior in girls as "simmering". One day the girl seems to be REALLY into you, and the next day she barely speaks to you. Your reaction would naturally be like: Wtf? Did I do something?
Truth is, you never did anything. That's just the way people work.
The key to fight the so called simmering is simply to act the usual way around the girl, despite the fact that she's less into you that day. So even though she "likes you less", you won't pay any specific attention to that.
Also, never react to that sort of behavior because it will never change. Don't ask her why or try to change her behavior. It will only backfire, trust me.
