This problem doesn't have a quick fix. It is a symptom of a few more underlying problems.

Chances are you're failing on one of at least 2 key areas.

1. You haven't built enough of an emotional connection initially. If you meet a girl on a night out and she's had a few drinks, you're probably fun enough to give her number out to, but she's gonna do the same for 5-10 other guys too, and unless you do MORE than those guys both before and after getting the number, she may not really remember you and will try to avoid an awkward encounter with you if possible the next time.
