A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.
It is
NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.
A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

Even though I have developed confidence and good conversational skills, I am haunted by poor posture and body language which is keeping me away from success. I am a 5' 6" skinny guy. I have a very poor posture and very bad body language( not dominant at all). I just cant seem to walk upright and always have a hunch back. I am taking dance lessons. But it not proving very helpful. Also my trying to be in alpha body language is making me very self conscious these days. How can I change this? I know going to gym is one of the ways but its gonna take some time. Is there any other way to improve my posture? where should i start? pls help. _________________ One Smile, One joke, One tease, One touch & She's Mine..

One thing my kung fu instructor told me is to take a deep breath, and take note of how your body is at the peak of your breath. When you exhale, you want to maintain that posture. That is the best advice that was given to me about body posture. Always remember to walk slowly and keep fidgety movements to a bare minimum.
I used to have bad posture with the slouched back and what not myself. Bad habits are hard to break but with a little bit of practice you'll change yourself in no time.
