No Im not. An ego is a substitute for confidence. My term pillar and ego are very different. Ego is what you get when you dont have strong enough inner game to have true confidence. Ego is telling yourself that you are the shit. Confidence is being secure enough not to have to care about that.
So I advocate staying as far away from ego as possible and going for building true confidence instead.
