I don't think it is that common, but certainly not uncommon. As I live way south of you, and there are a lot of hot girls of all ages here many of which had plastic surgery done tho. Yes and no.

I did even after I knew about all this, I am very liberal and open to whatever people want to do so I honestly don't really care, I would never date a full on prostitute but I would be fine with all the other stuff.
