There are many factors that come into play during an interaction. No interaction is the same. If it's the same, congratulations, you're a social robot. just kidding. But the point is to look at the generalized behaviours and make conclusions based on that, instead of just 1 case.

Many gurus got methods on how you can achieve what you want with that 1 girl. What many people forget is that it often takes practice to sometimes get what you want from that one girl.

Pick-up is not a 1 night transformation.

The closest advice that one can give in a situation where it just concerns 1 girl:
Vibe with her, get her laughing, spark the good emotions.
