I feel as I should be "fishing with dynamite" in this position. I haven’t proved this wrong I just haven’t proved this right. I have had a couple of numbers thrown my way, even offered group sex from a couple of groups of drunk chicks. But for the real quality girls I would like to be able to ask more than "what can I get you to drink?"
I feel I am in a good position to talk to anybody because my value is already high and I am working/talking with a bunch of hot chicks.
What would you guys do from my position? _________________ When she's guessing, you're safe. When she thinks you're safe, you're dead.

I can't really tell if you being the bartender puts you in a position of higher value or lower value. On one hand they could view you as their server and therefore lower or they could view you as being powerful because you are the one that people have to go to get their alcohol. The way you talk it sounds like your value is higher.
Its interesting because in a way you are kind of a hired gun. _________________

It might turn uggly if something goes horribly wrong.
My suggestion:
Instead of really running a game, this gives you an opportunity to work as an observer.
Try to run a game in your mind and watch how AFCs blow their sets and than come up with an solution why this happened etc.
IMO this can really help you in a long run because you are in the game. Maybe not as a player but as a guy who can observe and take notes how to deal in certain situations and how to avoid those other things.
You have the acces to a real life information so keep your eyes open and ears clean.

I do pay attention, you have no idea how many chicks just use guys to buy them drinks. I do often go up to them and bust balls about it. I use that as a convo starter and always works. Alot of the bartenders have stories of doing chicks in the office downstairs or in the private party rooms, plus my boss doesnt care so I have nothing holding me back. _________________ When she's guessing, you're safe.
