Basically a new girl started in work about a week ago and I want to see where I can take it. Before anyone says, no I do not have oneitis, i'm not obsessed but I AM interested.
Some have said that hooking up with girls from work is a bad idea incase it goes wrong and things become awkward however this isn't really an issue for me as I'm likely to be leaving this job very very soon (like within a week or 2) as it happens, tomorrow may well be my last opportunity to number-close this girl because it may be the last shift we work together. Normally i'd stick my neck out and go for it, if it doesn't work i'll just pick things up from the start again, however I might only have 1 shot and I want to take it.

I've only worked 2 shifts with her and on both i've pretty much been going for cocky-funny and little comfort. I think it's on but I want to go in there tomorrow with at least an idea of how I'm gonna do this, and preferably with an edge in my favor.

Any suggestions? Or just gung ho?

The problem with these threads is that no one understands the situation as much as yourself.

I posted one a week or so ago, and someone said "have you tried seducing her?" another guy says "i see no relation to kino bla bla bla" and when i reply i haven't guy #1 says "is this what seduction is to you?"

If you're on C&F and making her laugh and appear confident, just number close her, I assume you know how to do that...

I learned from my thread that no one can give you advice as it's a RL situation, for all I know you could be an AFC or a mPUA who is having not much luck, and give advice for either or both of them.

As for any suggestions, I would suggest seducing her.

When you are in a closed community like college, work etc.. you need to have the girl digging you big time. Now for a number, just say something like "Hey we should hangout sometimes, here is my number, lets exchange numbers" or "hey are you on facebook"...... Keep the c&f going. Ask her to lunch at work face to face, and keep it c&f and dont talk about work.

I recommend not using the phone until you leave the job because you guys would be in the same office or whatever so why in the world would you want to call her up now. Use the phone once you leave the job if that is very very soon.


And I dont recommend seducing her yet, thats a bad advise when you work with someone or someone is in your office. For any reason if she hits an LMR and you cant break through than you have an wired situation at work.

I agree to an extent ... I mean its easy you work with this gurl so I mean that gives you the extra step versus it being a off street approach ... get to know here build rapport, get funny, get playful, and at the end of the day ... number close it ... I personally would talk to a girl from job, but not my career ... but I mean in the situation you have a big time upperhand working with her ....
