good good suggestions... but how do we put these theories and ideas into concrete action?
seeing as i have no clue how you all plan to "clean the pool" I cant really comment on that. but i can wish ya'll luck

I think you've misunderstood, and that's probably my fault for not being as clear as I could have been.
It's not about getting rid of anyone. People who have one night stands are fine. The "douchebaggery" I was referring to are the actions of people who ignore "leave her better than you found her." The people I was referring to are those who use other people.
Many women are comfortable in their sexuality and do just want no strings attached relationships. However, tricking a woman into sleeping with her by promises or reality-altering NLP patterns (octoberman) is not something I've understood to be the actions of a man with stellar inner game. That is just my opinion.
Another form of the "douchebaggery" is guys who come onto the forum and disrupt the positive and educational environment by calling other members names, cursing up a storm, flaming, and griefing.
As the moderation staff, we weed out those who
repeatedly do not adhere to our rules... that's our job. However, I'm not calling for a massive "you stay, you go" action. I'm just saying what can we DO to ensure the community we have here stays positive and is a place where mindsets can open up to a more constructive way of relating to the other sex?
Here's what I offer:
Lead by example. Before bragging how you banged a bitch and made her leave your apartment crying... maybe consider WHY you're posting it. Is it to brag? Is it to teach others? Is it going to positively enhance the other members? Did it really happen? Just considering motivation is something individual members may want to try when typing up a lay report.
There is nothing wrong with lay reports. They are important for each member's journey and as affirmative examples to the other members that it is possible to be physical with other human beings. Bragging to brag, making ONS's up, or showing guys how to harm people is "douchebaggery" to me. Again, just an opinion.
Be there for others. Not every guy who commits acts of "douchebaggery" are douches and not all women who are "bitchy" are bitches. Just as I see a bitch shield as a defense mechanism, I also see negative attitudes and harmful actions as a defense mechanism for many guys in the community. Some people come around. It's important that we are there for them.
