Why do the Mods have the same Icons?

Can someone please explain to me why mods are using these cartoon icons that look them?

Here's my second question: Where can I get one of my own? :D

You cant get one. Only the mods can get them.

As for getting one of your own, NO! I considered banning Impact and Madals for having them! :P :lol:

Haha! Yeah, I kinda liked my Museum of Sex pic, but this one's kinda cool too. I just wish that they had more options cause I look totally naked without my piercings, but they don't have industrials or cartilage piercings. :(
