I don't see the big deal about suicide rates. Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Belarus, and Russia pretty much have the highest suicide rates on earth. That is a who's who of amazing female beauty and desperation. The problem is that the American university scene is horrible. But hey, if you tell people something enough times they will believe it (i.e. work hard and you can make it!).
As far as formalized education goes...It is a scam. American universities sit on billions of dollars. They constitute a lobby that isn't that far behind the Jewish lobby in America. Hence, the lemmings in America buy into the idea of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a piece of paper that at best will get them working 12 hour days in some boring suburban hell. If they are lucky maybe they get to live in Queens and commute two hours a day to Midtown Manhattan.
Sounds about right but as pessimistic I am about formal education, your example above is about par for a recent graduate with some academic prowess. And what's so bad about living in Queens and commuting Midtown? This is a great gig for a young man.
As over rated formal education seems to be, increasing your odds and widening your network isn't such a bad thing . . .
Wait a sec, I just read, "The American University scene is horrible." I completely disagree. It could be the best damn 7 years of anybody's life . . .
