Everyone,

I first want to let you know that our Featured Poster on the site, Sinn, has written a great piece of literature called the Game Acceleration Doctrine. I read Sinn's blog quit a bit and was happy to see this coming out. Sinn's analytical abilities and experience in the game have certainly earned him a good reputation for being a great instructor in my opinion. I write this because I like what he's written and things other can benefit from it. These are things you can do right the hell now, and get results!

In this Doctrine he outlines a lot of his secrets to getting better. The things the other guru's don't like to talk about or leave you hanging...Sinn fills in the gaps. I can't count how many of these questions I've field on this forum just being here a year. I would recommend anyone read this.

He goes over the different methods and why they work for various types of people. Then into some of his secrets, such as how he deals with sticking points and how to solve them. Then he dives even further into how to get started off the right way and gives a great objective look at the "game."

Thanks for writing this Sinn.

You can download this at http://www.sinnsofattraction.com/game_d ... ration.pdf

He asks you please leave him feedback. You can do it here or on his blog at www.sinnsofattraction.blogspot.com

Some really good stuff in there, very well written as well. Such a good point about the terms AFC and PUA etc. Also the part on goals is really useful and has inspired number week, I am going to try and get at least one (max of four) number closes a day for a week. Should help me with my sticking point (loss of momentum in the pickup) and get me out of my room and meeting people.

Great stuff!

I wish he had written this a year ago. This is great for people starting out as it has the "between the lines" stuff you need to understand but that the mPUAs take for granted and thus do not write about.
Most of the more experienced PUAs have had to find all these things out for themselves by countless trial-and-error sessions (aka crash and burns). I can recommend people to read this. Me... I also found some things that can improve my sticking points, some of the things that I had not even thought about. It was nice to read all his different solutions to a problem. There is not always just one correct answer!

Major props. I have to repost this, because I think I am doing this shit to myself right now. I'm subconsciously sabotaging myself. Not in the game, but life in general. This has just been a really shitty week for me, and now I see why!
Quote:
Success barriers and deservingness issues. These are a special
type of bad belief based upon your internal self image. Everyone has an
idea in their head of how cool they are, how much success they should
have, what type of girls they should get etc… Maxwell Maltz’s tackles
this subject in depth in his groundbreaking book “ Psycho-Cybernetics.”
Success barriers happen when the success that you are getting in real
life is more than you think you deserve.
...
The reason being that if you don’t feel like you deserve something your mind will find a way to get rid of it. Our brains are set up to hate incongruence. So when reality is conflicting with your self image, you
will unconsciously sabotage the situation to restore order in your reality.
This is where rationalizations, excuses and giving up happen. In order
to deal with deservingness issues and success barriers, you have to
come up with your own reasons for why you deserve to be successful.
Fucking brilliant. A glimmer of hope on the horizon.
