I thought this was extremely helpful. i really like his approach to pick up. he balances the set routines and philosolpies we all learn with a simpler "natural" flavor.

here are the notes:

--------Simplifying Game--------

You really don't need to understand attraction at the level that most people expect:

The reason is that we are all designed to attract members of the opposite sex
----- You don't need to know EVERY attraction switch
----- The issue is typically procrastination
---------- Ex. Paying for gym membership without going to the gym
---------- This goes hand in hand with a lot of problems that aspiring PUA's have

Since this is a business, PUG's will typically help you one step at a time. It helps to be proactive and take the reigns yourself to treat the problem, and not the symptoms

3 things all "naturals" have in common
----- Confidence
----- Ability to sexually escalate
----- Abundance of females

These are the three key qualities that you really need to be good at game.

Confidence
----- Comes through competence
----- Doing it is the only way to get over it
----- Confront your fears

Ability to sexually escalate
----- This usually comes naturally
----- Can be practiced with abundance

Abundance of females
----- Does not come from rapport
----- Comes from comfort
---------- "being" an afc is sometimes helpful in this regard
---------- You might seems really cool at first by gaming properly, but if you try too hard you can become annoying. This is not someone she wants to share her life with"
--------------- If you are confident enough and then nice enough to make them feel confident, then all you need to do is sexually escalate
-------------------- This is because girls seeing you sexually escalate but not try to close, and the girl is not running away, will build comfort
---------- It can be helpful to have your social circle be predominantly female

If you want a girl to have interest in you, then you have to show interest in what she's interested in
----- She wants you to listen to her day and give feedback on it
----- She wants to hear about yours

Good looks doesn't make good game, but it can certainly help
----- Getting girls' advice helps you start looking better and better

Girls guards are typically up in bars because guys have more opening confidence and hit on them constantly

For day 2's you need to have a really good justified reason for seeing each other again

Adam doesn't like negging, but here's the reasons why it works
----- Causing a more interesting interaction and spark up convo
----- To punish non-compliance

Rapport-breaking
----- Theory behind this is only rapport or only comfort does not make her want to sleep with you
----- Breaking rapport makes her work for it a little bit
----- Do not SEVER rapport, breaking it is OK
---------- This is sort of like negging with backhand compliments rather than insults
---------- Negging must fit the frame
--------------- Ex. If you are very very handsome, then the neg on her looks might not work as opposed to if you were a little odd looking like mystery.
-------------------- This makes her question herself a little more

Adding value (to the interaction) builds rapport. Think of it as adding value.
----- Thought provoking openers do this
----- Have them associate feeling good with you
----- Remember to also sexually escalate

Specific examples of sexual escalation
----- Check out the dance floor game video on youtube

Excellent way to recover from a neg that is not taken well
----- "me and all of my best friends have started friendship after an argument"

Good body language is confident and comfortable

When setting up day 2 with a group, get them to invite their friends as well

With night game, it is important that people in the venue to see that you have social proof

Adam's tip for minimizing Flake s
----- Pressure makes it awkward, Make it a low pressure meeting that will make it easy for her to commit to it
---------- Choose better day 2 venue
---------- No pressure date, then to invite her to the original plan
--------------- Ex. Icecream
-------------------- Keep things fun

Adam's tip:
Get a minimum of 3-5 female friends that hang out with you regularly

Coming from someone who frequently moderates or teaches these "webinars" on the forum, I was hoping that by listening to a man who has traveled the world teaching and speaking, I could get some good clues on improving my own style of getting information across...

I learned nothing about that... but only because I was completely captivated by the message, the casual pathos, and the passion that Adam has for helping others.

I practically jumped all over my newly painted apartment when Adam dove into "in-field procrastination." You can read 500 books on how to ride a horse, but until you put that shit down, walk outside, get on a damn horse, fall off a few times, find your balance, PHYSICALLY EXPERIENCE the horse under you... you'll never be able to join the hunt.

I will say that I am still not 100% on board with some minute details of his message (i.e. his view of rapport,) but does that really matter? I'll have to take off my teaching hat, go out there, and test some shit out.

It's pretty disturbing that this guy is lauded as #3, "the new gen. Neil Strauss," etc. ad nauseam, and he's confidently humbler than Mother Theresa.

Zip I loved what you wrote. Your Horse analogy is EXACTLY the point I'm trying to get out there.

Right now I have a student who refuses to approach. He's been on 3 botcamps with other PUA's and never approached on any.

He asked me for a bootcamp but I'm refusing to give it to him.

Because unless he's willing to push himself no amount of training will help him.

So instead were working privately for free for him until he gets around to approaching.

Then we can take care of the rest.

But we can only help people who are willing to take the first step.

Have I ever said how much I love this forum. Those notes are AWESOME. no-ones ever done that for me in such depth before.
