I am an ex athlete, who has been considered funny, have been told I'm good looking, and has had my fair share of girls. Sound like im some confident guy? I hate myself...I just don't like the kind of person I am, I have become scared of communication with people, i LOVE hot girls, thats not going to change, but i feel like neither is this anxiety. Ive been reading all the things to get over it but sorry, just saying "look you gota do this now go talk to her" doesnt work for me. I am too damn nervous, plus if i did get over there, i dont know what to say? the thing is, Ive always had girlfriends so i have a fuckin personality, i just go completly blank these days, im not looking for a magic trick but does anybody have some amazing advice on the getting comfortable and being myself?

ok dude what ya gotta do is not think about being nervous. You just gotta talk to yourself and get yourself confortable, talk to yourself about how or what you're gunna do; not how nervous you are. Take a few deep breths, and if your nerves arent shot then you're doing good.

Also its sometimes nice to have a buddy to cheer ya on, personally if my buddies there then I know I cant chicken out.

those HB's dont deserve you... I mean cmon your a funny good looking guy. your athletic and obviously from your post sincere and humble. What chick actually deserves a guy like that... In your case its easy just remeber when you aproach yor doing them a favor, your what ever girl claims they drool over. remind yourself that youll still be scared the first few times but fuck it man feed off of that fear use it to your avantage. turn that nervouse energy into witty banter and energetic stories. embrace who you are and realise as for now they aren't girls they are targets... (now i dont really think that way but that mentality helped me get over the fear) Now my respect for women has risen but my idealolgy supporting why i even need to talk to them has changed.
