I know I posted a topic similar to this, but I don't post very often and this is really important to me. This girl broke up with me, next week would be our one year anniversary, after about two months of dating. It was a really fast paced relationship. She said "I love you" to me like three weeks into it and I wasn't in love with her, but I told her I was at the time. I slowly started catching feelings for her and fell in love in return. I had a funny way of showing it, I was insensitive and inconsiderate and she ended up breaking things off with me. And.. Not going to lie, I was excited when she finally did. Matter of fact, when she told me (through text), I cockily responded with a pic of me saying "are you sure you really want to break up with this?"... But a month or so went by and I really started missing her and it seems like it only intensifies as time goes on. I'm being eaten alive by guilt, regret and thoughts of "what if that was my only shot at love?" I'm scared I will NEVER find someone else again. Especially because I never see myself wanting kids (neither did she) and that's a big deal breaker for so many women. I've gone on dates, had sex, had a few flings since then but nobody I've been INTO. I've sent her over the year, maybe 3 or 4 text and she hasn't replied.Her sister recently started using POF and I want to message her, to ask how her older sister's doing but at the same time I feel like I should NOT message her and just leave her sister alone. I know that makes things seem pretty hopeless but is their anything at all I can say or do to get her back? While we were together she mentioned perhaps going to church in the future, I know what church she was talking about and I thought about making a surprise visit there, but that idea doesn't feel right either. If anyone gave me advice that worked I would be SO grateful and forever indebted.

I know most women fall in love with what they hear, not what they see but with the money I have and with my looks, I feel like I shouldn't have such a languishing romance life but I do. My romance life is shit.

Okay, if the sex was bad this advice wouldn't work. If the sex was good, you have a 50-50 chance.

Invite her sister to a party and tell her sister your ex can come if she likes. It should be some kind of a family party like a christening or children's birthday party. The party should have children in it. Keep your cool. Don't be so eager. Make small talk. Nothing serious. Be fun. Dress good. Smell good.

If a children's party is not possible, invite them to a dog show and then bounce them to a good lunch. Keep everything light and fun.

This approach worked on me by a few of my exes. They invited me to parties and we're banging again in no time. Hopefully, it will work for you.

I didn't cry for the first two or three weeks but I've cried quite a few times over the past year over her.

My problem with the link is this.. I've already done many of things on that list.

Build some muscle- At 165lb my max dead-lift is 375lbs and max bench press 235lbs.. I could put some time into developing a mentionable squat.

Get a promotion- I just signed the papers for one last Wedensday. I haven't started working it yet but it will be .50$ an hour raise, less physical work and MUCH better hours.

Meet new women- While I haven't banged out five, but I have slept with three women since we broke up..

Giving myself a full makeover- I've been trying to focus on being less materialistic and I'm too tight fisted to go buy a new wardrobe.

Through all this, I still miss her all the time.
