And the natural is through internalizing all the concepts, develop perception to be able to see the details and be sharp to be able to react to any situation. I like to do a mental exercise too. That is in my own experience, that was not a intentional developing and now I am trying to complete the evolution, because not all the way I can do it improvising, day 2, by custom I analyze and I carry some canned material but created by my.It's like a pre-mental pick up, and it works like it's happened a couple of times and you find the best way to do it
