For me, the best is that the strongest negotiating position is to be able to walk away and mean it. I know how simple this is, but I used to be a little bitch and it hit hard and had a big impact back then.

The worst: There was this video of a Mystery bootcamp, and he has this guy stand up, then these 2 guys who look like Pen & Teller walk up and start talking to him about his abusive father or something, and talking in the voice of Goofy (Disney) lol, some kind of "mind trick" but you know how weird Mystery and those lot can get.

Best - Hold holding, fast physical escalation is the biggest 'DHV routine' you will ever need. That part about the negs, I strongly agree with. I DO think negs have their place, but that depends on what you'd call a neg. When I first learned pick up and I used to go around telling girls they had an "interesting face" I was confused as to why it wasn't working lol.

As for R.C with the logic and emotion thing, that was a big one for me too. The fact that women live in the moment and that all of this talk about "the future" just ruins that moment, and shrinks the probability of you actually being in that future that you're talking about.
