So I am an investor, and have got myself a nice nest egg for myself all before I am 30.

I have been following for a while now the elements of the previous housing crash, and have many sources which corroborate that the US is headed for another. Signs are already showing up, and one of the states that has been hit the hardest as far as housing, is Nevada, including Vegas. There are many foreclosures not so far from the strip, and many houses that are fairly cheap. I could buy two properties that are maybe not so nice, or one fairly nice house. I would certainly be able to have rooms for rent. a PUA house would not be beyond the realm of possibility.


And really that is what I would want to do this for, if I were to do this at all. I went and hung out with a group of PUAs in Vegas once, they all seemed to know their stuff fairly well, and when we went to a party at one of the hotels, they had all seemed to have picked up girls easily, while I was struggling. If I were to do this, it would certainly be to concentrate on game and picking up girls. I have other investments, and I will continue to make money whether I buy a house near Vegas or not. I think if I study girls as hard as I have studied investing, I might actually get somewhere, and hanging out with some guys with the same goals would probably be very good for me.

But of course I have never done something like this, so I wanted to toss this idea around here and see what people think.

In all seriousness, my room mate is also my pick up friend. We hangout with other pick up dudes and my place is right in the centre of my city so it is the hub. 'Project Manchester' they call it, gay cliche I know...

I personally think this could be a good move for Chapelle, do whatever you can to surround yourself with guys that are solid with girls. Be really cool, offer your place to these guys, let them bang in your bed whilst you stay on the sofa if need be. They will love you for it.

You will create a good bond with these guys and you will naturally become better with women being around those guys. I really wanna go to Vegas. I hear that it is all SNL type of stuff, everybody too hungover in the day time and everyone is only there for the weekend...

The more you "study" women the more you will find yourself in a neverending loop. Money guys always try to apply their financial principles to seduction and it just doesn't work that way.

You'd be much better off studying yourself. Taking responsibility and figuring out why women are responding to you the way that they are than you would be spending years studying women. Ever argue with a woman? What happen?

Chris Rock said it best " Men, do not argue with women. You can not win... Men have a need to make sense when they argue. A woman isn't going to let something like sense fuck up her argument". Theres no studying that man. It just is what it is. If you keep practicing one day its going to "click" and you'll be wondering why on earth you had to take so much time to figure this out. Women are a lot simpler than our complicated minds try to make them out to be. They're a lot simpler than the stock market. Its as simple as " Women just like to feel good". And thats a statement thats probably too simple to be received with the value that its worth.

The real secret is that there is no secret. I can pick up a woman while taking up lots of space displaying "alpha" body language or while crossing my legs with both hands in my pockets. We're all just trying to explain what it is we believe got us the lay. We're being logical about it, making a science out of it. But theres no real logic to explain how to capture the illogical. You want to catch fish, you go to the ocean. You enter their world. You don't stay on dry land and throw your rod. They're in an emotion-world, so you have to get off the dry land and get them where they are.

As far as the house, why not? What are the cons?
