Ok, so i have been thinking and planing about this, and in the end i figured out that i lack the courage to actually steep to a girl or girls and just talk to them...why is this happening?! Before i had a GF and while we were together i had no problem with flirting with any girl, but now that im free to do it i cant!
What to do here? Because when i think about it, i cant find it in my head if its socially acceptable to just walk up to a girl and talk to her, just out of the blue! So if someone can plz explain that would be a great help.
Just need to get the old engine started again i gues.
Also when i get pass this, im kinda wanting to become softcore PUA.

I think this is called "approach anxiety" - Its the normal apprehension that EVERYONE feels right before approaching a girl. Some feel it more than others. Some are stronger than it and overcome it with a lot more ease.

The subconscious is programmed to do one thing. Survive. So because approaching random women on the street has nothing to do with you surviving; or because you don't have a firm understanding of how approaching women could enhance your survival (because it can) there is no internal push for you to do so.

Most will tell you that you just gotta do it and while I agree, you can also begin reprograming your subconscious with mental repetition(saying the same encouraging statements over and over) which will make this all easier after a few months of consistency.
