Female bartenders waitstaff

I don't know what the deal is. Whenever I go to a bar and deal with female bartenders and waitstaff they get attached to me. They end up scaring girls away from me. I want to be nice but when I do they act like I like them. It ruins everything. I don't want anything to do w a bartender. They might look good but I feel they're dirty. The question is has anyone dealt with this problem?
