Proactive efforts. It's a gradual process that happens overtime, not overnight.

Your beliefs become who you are. If you wake up every morning, look in the mirror and think to yourself "Damn I look fucking good. If I were a woman I'd be all over me", eventually that's who you'll become.

every day do something you wouldn't normally do.
If you would normally not talk to that girl, today you make an exception.
If you normally give up after she says i have a boyfriend, today you make an exception and be a little more pushy.
if normally you buy cappuccino, today you buy hot chocolate.
