So i went out there got a girl and lost my virginity to her and then everything fell apart ... i got one-itis and fell for this girl to the point where i thought i was gonna marry her ... turns out i was quite the fool since i just found out she's been cheating on me all along and one of the guys is her ex ...

Please help me to move on from this because I'm not good at all with this pickup stuff and now my confidence is completely ruined ... i know I'm pathetic so you're welcome to say so ... i just wanna know what do i do now? How do i forget about her and how do i get confidence again?

A lot of the guys on this forum have all been where you are (or a variation of it)... It's how a lot of us started (it's pretty much how I started... that, coupled with the fact I was laughably bad at talking to women)... Seriously - Take both of the pieces of advice you've gotten here.

Read Models... and then go and get your ass on Tinder, and get outside and approach some girls. Get some new ones into the rotation as quickly as possible... It will keep your mind off this one, build your skill set, and hopefully get you laid as well.
