so 4 years ago i went down to major depression
i wont go down much to the details
because i just noticed i like sharing my past experience with people, even people
i recently met i just think that it could be a sign that i cant move on with my past
or i just a have a girly shit personality and also i like emotional deep talk which i hate
i read the book about natural game and the story of gambler it hit me and
has empowered me to become a pua that its not too late
i do selfhelp on lots of books my desperation was an asset and it was great.
but i try not to be needy as what they say, when i fail then move on.
also i hate the feeling of showing off to my friends

any advice how to counter my problem?

i love sharing people about my bad past experience
