Now I was sort of in the middle of being Alpha and Beta, after I kissed I stopped her and said Let's take this slow, but she asked me "Do you hv a lot of girls?" Which is like a trick question. No = your desperate, Yes = Your a player. So I said all my friends are girls but I dislike some of their personalities and only date the ones I like. So I got accused of being a player: I didn't like my response, what should I have said here?

If a girl accuses you of being a player, that is a huge IOI. You shouldn't have explained yourself so much in your response, but you're fine. You want her to know that you have tons of options -- huge DHV for you (just don't EVER explicitly tell her this, then you look like a tool).
