I'm not going to tell you I didn't bang my ex a few times after we broke up because I didn't take it well, but what I and everyone else who has been in a relationship knows is that you need to stop seeing her as soon as possible. Once there is a break up, even if you get back to together, it's never the same because the trust is gone.

Like others have suggested. You need to just deal with the post-break up depression and start working on building your inner game and confidence. Don't let negative thoughts get in your head!
