I read a really interesting post recently. This guy was talking about a slight adjustment he had made to his game that was really saving him.
He had good in person game, and could have sex with or kiss girls. But after the second or third date, they would stop wanting to see him.
He adjusted to being less available, to saying he was busy often and offering a low-contact relationship. And suddenly he was being swarmed with girls that were obsessed with him.
I text a little, I've noticed girls flake less if they're more invested in texting you, but it needs to be flirty, always with a touch of sexuality. If it doesn't have that spark, just say you're busy and go. It's always better to be busy than wasting your time chatting about the weather.
Exactly what I meant by having a 'decent text game'. As pointed out in those books in a nutshell:
a) vary time in between answering messages (sometimes I even may take 5-6 hours to answering a text, even if it's not done on purpose)
b) of course dont be needy texting every day, etc. etc.
c) keep it light, playful, and of course not boring (which 'most men' dont do and bore women with the "how are you doing? how was your day? etc. questions")
I was basically thinking of 'texting while seeing a girl regularly' more like pinging, than having a conversation going on (attraction/comfort should come from in-person, but if could be achieved thru a few texts, then that's good as well)
