Did a search but came up nothing on this site, help.

-Point out a 'grunter' and share a laugh.

-Take that short rope with the knob on the end for single tricep rope pushdowns, hold it out in front of your crotch area and ask her if she's using it.

-Be real and tell her she looks fantastic and you'd like to take her out sometime.

I second both of these.

You never interrupt a girls work out. Nor should you interrupt your own for a girl.

But understand that those girls do work very hard for their bodies and they love compliments. Especially from hot guys at the gym.
